About Me

I'm a passionate strength trainer and yoga teacher based in downtown St. Petersburg, and I believe that health and fitness should be accessible to everyone, no matter where you're starting from. Movement has always been a big part of my life. From soccer and martial arts to rock climbing and more— these are the activities that I enjoy expressing my ability through. My journey into strength training and yoga began as a way to balance these pursuits and support my overall well-being.

After facing a significant injury through sport, I learned firsthand the importance of balancing body and mind to navigate life's challenges. This experience taught me that it's never too late to start or restart your journey towards better health, longevity, and well-being. Whether you're recovering from an injury, just beginning your fitness journey, or looking to enhance your athletic performance, my approach is designed to meet you where you are and help you grow from there.

For me, training is more than just exercise—it's about creating movement options, cultivating self-awareness, and building the strength to face both planned and unplanned stressors with confidence.
