Youth Strength and Conditioning Session

A 1-hour class hosted at Puryear Park focused on developing foundational movement and athletic abilities through body weight and medicine ball exercises. Classes will consist of a group warm-up, followed by strength, plyometric, and speed work, and then conclude with mobility exercises.

Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable, athletic clothing and to bring sunscreen and water.
